I'm Minahil Pervez, an AI automation consultant. I build systems that take over the repetitive parts of running a business, like confirming appointments, sending reminders, following up with customers and collecting feedback. None of it is difficult, but it repeats every day, and the steps that depend on someone remembering are the ones that get missed.

I build workflows in n8n, so far mostly around dental clinic admin. After my first appointment automation, I discussed it with senior dental professionals and redesigned it into seven connected workflows around the patient journey. I have also built a workflow that turns blog articles into social media posts.

How I work

I start with the process, not the tool: what happens today, who is involved, where the information lives, and what should happen when something is missing or goes wrong. Each project I publish says what is built, what is tested and what is still unfinished.
